Bufalo Bobs Chalupas is not your average “taco truck.” Its a fusion of Tex-Mex and Mediterranian flavors that you won’t find anywhere else. Its the flavor and crunch you crave, but its not the empty fatty/salty/crunchy junk food you find at other fast food joints.
Bob won’t serve any food that’s bad for you. No hormone laden beef or genetically modified vegitables here! Only the finest, freshest ingredients, and a large selection of vegetarian and gluten free entrees.
The average chalupa takes a couple of minutes to make. This fastness is about the only thing we have in common with other “fast food” joints.
